A Zucchinis Life and an Adopted Style

While in an artistic slump and experimenting with different, cartoon styles, I found a style I currently love.

I adopted this style from the film "My Life as a Zucchini." Don't let the title fool ya if you've never heard of it. A quick google search will lead you to a heavy film. With themes of abuse, death, bullying, and lighthearted moments. I love this movie, it's pretty great and I love the style. 

Anyway, these two pieces contain people I love including myself. 

The first one is my friend Jake and his lovely wife Hana. 

The second one features myself and my beautiful sister and best friend, Ilya.
