Experimental Template Image 2

Something I've been feeling lately. If you're offended.... oh well. Life will continue to move on regardless.
It's basically a small drawing of a person sitting in blissful quiet and thinking of things she enjoys while NOT engaging in the bull-crap on social media.

Experimental Template Image 1

I was practicing on a comic template today. I was trying to go for more realism, but I couldn't quite escape the usual cartoon style. I only copied the image zoomed in, because it's actually quite small. Also explaining why you actually see my paint program. What do you think?

Happy Spooky Times from Otis

I watched a couple videos of a guy coloring in a Disney coloring book making them scary. His skill is amazing and very detailed. His name is Jordan Persegati and he's on Youtube. I recommend him, but you may need a strong stomach. Pretty messed up. Anyway, his coloring inspired me, so I tried my hand at more detailed coloring. I didn't have a plan, so I started with Otis Diggz; my beloved HTWM mascot. What do you think?

I did say October :)

Hello everyone. I am back in the art world after moving into the new place and slowly getting things sorted; which still continues to be a long process. I have a couple things here for you.

1. RCCC Doodles:

While working at RC Comic Con, we were all encouraged to contribute some art. Through a four-day weekend, I doodled six pieces. Most of them featuring Otis Diggz. At the end, they were gifted to our previous manager whom couldn't make it this year, because she was sick with Covid.

2. A Psychonauts style experiment:

I was thinking about one of my favorite games and that I haven't drawn in a good while. This flashed into my mind for a brief moment and I felt compelled to at least try and see if I could draw that day. All nameless, genderless characters with flashing eyes and varying in cool to cold colors. I'm quite pleased with how it turned out, especially since I was a bit rusty.
